Boost your school's financial education offer at The Education Show

Tuesday 8 January 2019

The Money Advice Service (MAS) has funded a range of research about how children learn to manage money. This research has found that children’s habits and attitudes around money are developing by age seven, it’s proven the link between numeracy and ability to manage money, and shown that training teachers in financial education has a positive impact on pedagogical practice and student outcomes. We’ve also found that over 70% of secondary schools in England want to improve their financial offer.

For the first time, MAS is engaging with schools at The Education Show on 24-25 January 2019. Visit Stand B19 to:

  • find out more about the value of financial education
  • get free resources from MAS and our partners
  • tell us what barriers schools face to delivering financial education and what support you need.
