This website is owned and maintained by the Money and Pensions Service (“us”, “we” or “MAPS”), a body corporate established pursuant to Section 1, Part 1 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018. The Money and Pensions Service has brought together the three organisations known as The Money Advice Service, The Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise. Our registered office address is Holborn Centre, 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
