The Wales Forum was set up in 2012 to act in an advisory capacity to the Money Advice Service (MAS). It informs the organisation on key issues facing people in Wales, and advises on the impact of our plans.

The current members of the MAS Wales Forum have agreed to widen their scope to ensure that the relevant recommendations within the UK Financial Capability Strategy are delivered and remain relevant to the unique requirements, funding arrangements and stakeholders in Wales.

The membership is also being widened to ensure the group has appropriate sector wide representation and knowledge to deliver its objectives.
